Born and raised in Philadelphia, Darcy landed in production after 9 years of Art Buying at award winning agencies like TBWA Chiat/Day and Publicis Hal Riney. Her passion has always been helping and connecting people, so production was a perfect place for her to utilize her talent, knowledge and ability to bring teams together in a positive and supportive environment.

For the past 25+ years, she has grown Production Squad into what it is today; working with Fortune-500 companies to execute everything from smaller to multi-million dollar productions. She approaches every project with passion and professionalism. She grew the business to add a Pacific Northwest production division as well as created Bend Production Society in Central Oregon to strengthen the local industry. She saw the need to connect local crew to outside teams in an inclusive way to all industry veterans and newcomers to benefit the community as a whole and create outlets for everyone to connect.

For decades, Darcy has been supporting causes from reducing plastic waste to gun control efforts to important environmental causes and keeping production sustainable. She donates a portion of all proceeds to a different charity each year. Darcy is a champion of all the crews and creatives she crosses path with and of the greater community as well.
